Responsive/Reactive Indicators
These select set of indicators were developed as a guide for men who are on the journey to healthier way of living. Learning to abandon unhealthy behaviors, and instill new responses to life: stress, conflict, old wounds and disappointments. They provide a snapshot in time that provide useful insights into the most important aspects of the recovery journey.
Each client report comes with four categories of indicators:

Each client report comes with four categories of indicators:
- Responsive indicators - These are positive traits that support recovery and should be strengthened Examples: Honesty, Empathy, Vulnerability, Emotional Maturity.
- Reactive indicators - These are traits that often hinder recovery and should be addressed or reduced. Examples: Arrogance, Impatience, Impulsivity.
- Core Facets - these are the indicators that are the direct output from the assessment you have completed. While the growth and trouble spot indicators identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth, the core facets are the building blocks of change.
