Self assessment - to help you assess where you are in terms of. your recovery. It is an extensive list of traits that we should have developed through our early years, but for various reasons you are learning in your recovery work the necessary parental support was not available. Plans Life Plan - there is a simple form for a 'Life Plan', which you can use to write your story: what happened to you in your past, where you are today and where you want to go. Action Plans - we call this GAPS "Goal Action Plan Sprints", to help you close the gaps of poor behavior and developing healthier ways to live life. |
